Part-Time Virtual Marketing Assistant

We’re excited that our job posting caught your eye! We are a new, dynamic, innovative digital marketing company that teaches service providers, coaches, and consultants how to create and sell online learning programs. 

We are looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to join our team to take the lead on a variety of tasks including social media management, content creation and management, email marketing, cultivating client connections, cultivating partnerships, and support for our virtual events. 

You should available to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for 4 hours per day (to start), ideally 9am-1pm EDT. You should have reliable access to WiFi, your own computer, and a smartphone with a data plan. 

Details on the Marketing Assistant Position

The basics:

  • Compensation: $12-15/hour based on experience
  • Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor, 16 hours per week with room for growth and additional hours upon ongoing review
  • Location: Fully remote

The responsibilities for this role include:

  • Social media management, including developing creative + copy, scheduling, admitting new members to Facebook groups, and DM support
  • Crafting conversations that convert into customers
  • Collect marketing data and analyse to make decisions
  • Having a customer focused mindset, making sure sales funnels are customer focused experiences at all times
  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing client and customer events including pre-event support through planning and live event support through attendance and participation
  • Support affiliate and joint venture launches and promotions
